Delivery and Policies

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us at Southsea Studio. The following information covers our shipping information and returns policies. All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.



Processing time for orders 

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items. Most prints will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. Canvas prints, frames and custom orders may take longer.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery times once dispatched;

  • United Kingdom : 1 - 2 business days
  • North America : 5 - 10 business days
  • Europe : 3 - 5 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand and Oceania : 5 - 10 business days
  • Rest of the World 5 - 12 business days

Please be aware these delivery times are not a guarantee. Whilst most orders will arrive in these timeframes in some circumstances (ie the Christmas rush or the recent Covid disruption) delivery times may take longer.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Damaged Items

Rare but sadly it can happen! If your item arrives damaged please contact asap using the contact form linked at the bottom of this page. Please provide an image detailing the damage. 


Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Post items back to me within: 21 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
